This thread will be used to track character sheets, learned powers, acquired items, etc, as well as to discuss various other aspects of the game such as in-game developments and progression. Please do not use it as a casual chat, keep all posts related to the game.

This is an ideal place to brainstorm powers, and how to earn them.

Character Sheet: Submit your completed sheet to Darth Cruor

Name: (We will be avoiding the use of "Darth" titles at this time)

Race: (Human, Sith (specify Massassi/Kissai), Hybrid, Zabrak, Devaronian, Twi’lek)

Age:

Affiliation:

Home world: (We will start the game on Stygian Caldera worlds only, mainly Korriban and Ziost. The Empire is much larger obviously, but this is where we will start and can expand from there.)

Physical Description:

Equipment/Weapons/Armor: (Note, no lightsabers at this time and remember while blasters exist they are in primitive form and consume vast amounts of power. Force Imbued Blade, Lanvarok, Massassi Battle Staff, Massassi Brand, Massassi Ceremonial Blade, Massassi Knuckler, Parang, Shikkar, Sith Lanvarok, Sith Sword/Dagger/Knife, Sith Tremor Sword, etc)

Powers: All will have Telekinesis, Athleticism (speed, reflexes, acrobatics, jump), Force Sense (basic precognition), Force Sight, Force Empathy, Force Stealth.

In addition each character can select one additional power at the time of creation. Not all powers will be allowed, be conservative in your choice of power, anything too extreme will be denied.

As you can see powers for starting characters are going to be basic core powers, additional powers must be earned via IC roleplay and can be tracked in the RPR library thread.

Baka Sadow

B18g3Ok.jpg

Full Name: Baka Sheev Naghotep Sadow
Race: Human
Age: 46
Affiliation: Ythnyn, loosely affiliated with the Shadow Assassins of Ortan Cela
Homeworld: Prakith, resides on Korriban
Physical Description: Standing 6' 3" tall, Baka Sadow is a tall, thin human male with cruel, angular features, a long nose, and piercing yellow eyes. He is clean-shaven, with a prominent chin, high cheekbones, and thin lips curled in an omnipresent sneer. His voice could be described as silky and smooth, if it weren't so obviously slimy, congealed with contemptuous superiority and venomous amusement. His robes are long and fine, typically white, black or emerald green, with a cloth headdress of the ancient Korribanian style, lined with the same gem-studded gold as the broad collar wrapped around his neck and shoulders, his necklace amulets, his rings, and the bracers around his wrists and biceps.
Equipment/Weapons/Armor: A whip of Tuk'ata leather, typically used to lash disobedient slaves. A fly-whisk made from the tail hair of his own Endorian horse, to swat away insects. A hold-out shikkar dagger of volcanic glass, concealed in his left bracer.
Powers: Telekinesis, Athleticism (speed, reflexes, acrobatics, jump), Force Sense (basic clairvoyance and precognition), Force Sight, Force Empathy, Force Stealth, Sutta Chwituskak (Bolt of Hatred).
Biography: Vain, vulgar and cruel, little of this petty despot's early life is known. Born on the Deep Core world of Prakith, whence the great Darth Andeddu hailed, Baka and his brother abandoned their studies as Jedi Padawans to join the seminal Dark Jedi of the Hundred-Year Darkness, either during the century-long war itself or the shortly subsequent First Conflict spearheaded by the impatient Remulus Dreypa. A mere apprentice of the dark arts, Baka's might was easily eclipsed by his more famous compatriots, and he did not participate in the expansion of Sith Space led by Tulak Hord, instead enjoying a life of luxury on Korriban, where the native Sith welcomed the interlopers as gods. Next to equatorial Golg, Baka's command of dark sorcery - and tactical marriage to a Kissai priestess who caught his eye - proved sufficient to assume command of several tribes of Sith at the foot of the mountain of Ythnyn.

Living with his wife and slaves in a sandstone villa built into the mountain known as a djarum, surrounded by mud-huts occupied by his most loyal servants, Baka rules as the feudal lord, or ari, of the local Sith, who live in a village of tents in the shadow of his large but poorly-hewn statue. He is loosely aligned with the cowardly Ortan Cela, slayer of Tulak Hord and heir apparent to the sacred title of Jen'ari, but in truth, Baka Sadow's ambitions loom larger: he aspires to become Jen'ari himself, ruler not just of Korriban but of the new Sith Empire that now spans the stars above, and he believes the realm of Ythnyn, although humble in comparison to his competitors', holds the secret.

In the mountain behind his djarum, dark passageways beckon... and he is determined to one day learn to invoke the ancient spirits he believes hide within.

Etak Sin Ryak

846ffd76f4445e05822cf9c376c12758--star-wars.jpg

Full Name: Etak Sin Ryak
Race: Sith (Massassi)
Age: 26
Affiliation: Ythnyn, and its lord Baka Sadow
Homeworld: Korriban
Physical Description: Standing 6' 9" tall, Etak Sin Ryak is a tall, muscular, red-skinned Massassi warrior yet uncontaminated by the alchemical modifications that would one day turn his race into monstrous mutants. Like all pureblooded examples of the Sith species, Etak has three clawed toes on each foot and three clawed fingers on each hand, with bony spurs extending from his thighs, elbows and shoulders. His skull is squat and simian, with a sloping forehead, prominent jaw crammed with sharp canine teeth, short pug nose, and large lantern-like eyes with iris and sclera all glowing yellow, without a visible pupil. His hair, worn long, is black and shaggy. Fleshy tendrils extend from his cheeks and from above his eyes, but he lacks the flesh-beard extending from his chin that is a signature of the upper Kissai caste. His nose and right brow are pierced with small bronze rings, while his earlobes are pierced with a long thorn and a bone spur.
Equipment/Weapons/Armor: When outside the privacy of his teepee, his face is nearly always hidden by his most precious possession: a rusted metal mask forged in the image of his dead patron god Soboroth, in reality a Nalroni Jen'jidai (Dark Jedi) slain in the First Conflict whose memory is worshipped by the Ryak tribe. Etak is largely unarmoured, preferring to fight bare-chested like most Massassi warriors, save for a leather baldric over his chest (to which a small bronze dagger is attached), a broad collar around the neck and shoulders ornamented with animal bones, bracers on his wrists and biceps, clawed gauntlets, and occasionally a green travelling cloak for longer-distance soldiery. Modesty is preserved by a kilt-like hunting skirt called a shendyt; anklets and rings adorn his ankles and otherwise bare feet. When hunting, he straps a quiver of arrows and a primitive bow to his back. When going to war (usually with a rival tribe), he uses a Massassi lanvarok - a large halberd-like weapon made of wood and bone, with a crystalline axe-head capable of hurling metal discs - and a small circular wooden shield covered in tough war behemoth hide.
Powers: None.
Biography: Etak Sin is a Massassi warrior and hunter of the Ryak tribe, living in the shadow of Lord Baka Sadow in the teepee village of Ythnyn. Although his status in the warrior caste was assured by the claims of his father, Murak, that he was the son of Murak's equally fearsome Massassi wife, Sheera, he is, in reality, the progeny of a Grotthu slave raped by Murak at the bloody end of a tribal war. Despite this, the infertile Sheera raised Etak as her own son, preserving Murak's lie and thus preserving Etak's future.

When Baka Sadow came to Ythnyn, Etak was 15, and well-practiced in the arts of combat. When the elderly Murak initially resisted Sadow's assumption of power, despite his son's ardent counsel, the nascent Sith Lord fought and enslaved the entire Ryak family and sentenced them to death in the arena. Etak not only survived the Tuk'ata dispatched to kill him, but killed his own father when combat turned to Massassi versus Massassi, for which Lord Sadow spared him and his ostensible mother. Supplanting Murak in both reputation and as head of the family - even taking Sheera as his own wife, in the Massassi tradition that the closest blood relative of the slain husband marry the widow - Etak Sin thus became one of the foremost warriors of the village. Often employed by Baka Sadow for protection, he willingly serves the cruel lord as a guard and soldier.

Bio:
Laeloth is a devaronion High Priestess of the Darkness. She heads a mountain side monastery on Ziost.

She was raised from infancy on Devaron in a monastery, similar to the one she now heads, with the other force sensitive children born in her year. They were raised to see, to feel the ebb and flow of the force, and to serve as guides for the community as a whole. Within five years after Laeloth and the other eight force sensitive children who she was raised with were let loose on the world, Laeloth was the only one left. Not known to the general public, but Laeloth killed them all, or arranged for their deaths. She is rather protective of her personal history, and refused to have anyone alive that knew her when she was weak. Those she was raised with knew her long before she was so proficient in the force.

She stayed with the priests that raised her, and took over the group within a few years, turning them from merely a group of force sensitives into her personal Dark Side Sect. Laeloth shaped the youths that came to her, pushing them towards her somewhat darker perspective on the force. After a group meditation session conducted by all of her faithful they moved to Ziost. They had unified their power and sentit into the galaxy, feeling for the presence of the Force in the galaxy. Based on the strength they sensed there, Laeloth and her sect moved to dark aligned world, raising a new temple together on the side of one of Ziost's icy mountains.

Laeloth sat crosslegged in the center of a group of young initiates, between eight and fourteen standard years old all of them, her bladed staff lying across her legs, though sheathed. These were children after all.

"The Force.... the school of thought this monastery propagates is that the Force is the will of the galaxy." She chuckles kindly with humour in her eyes, "But that is quite the lofty idea isn't it and I am sure you are all tired of your elders spouting rhetoric at you that they just aspect you to except without explaining properly." Laeloth told them in a slightly conspiratorial tone to the stifled giggles of the younger members.

"So as for what 'the force is the will of the galaxy' means exactly....'' She said, drawing them in as she paused, "We don't know!" The few that were stifling giggles before were laughing now, and the older ones looking at her with amused disbelief. "It's true!" She protested, "Even for old women like myself there are many things in this world that I don't know."

"But the Force children..." She continued as the laughter died down, "The Force knows all, because it permeates everything it's in me, you, the temple, the stars, and the mountains."

"And we gifted few can feel it and now one knows why. This enclave exists to follow the will of the Force, and bear witness to what passes. You have all hear the story of how we came to rest on Ziost? As a collective myself and the first disciples, your elders, joined our collective wills and reached out into the galaxy, feeling for the will of the force, it's ebbs and flows, and we felt it most strongly in this sector of the-"

"Priestess Laeloth!" Came the call of the guards as they burst into the lecture room, "We caught this one skulking around the temple looking to steal things!" They said as they tossed the man into the circle of initiates with the High Priestess. The man pushed himself up from the floor and opened his mouth as if to speak, but Laeloth silenced him with a look.

"Children," She said, her voice taking on a different tone to before, one that demanded obedience and resonated with power, "I would like for you all to close your eyes while I make our intruder friend disappear." They did so submissively. The man opened his mouth again to try and defend himself

"High Priestess Laeloth I can explain I-"

"Shhhh." Laeloth said softly as the mans mouth closed, seemingly of it's own accord. "I believe I told the children you were going to disappear." She said a sadistic grin spreading over her face as she raised a hand. The man rose into the air as if being lifted by invisible strings, as did the High Priestess' war spear.

The man's eyes bulged as the spear's cloth sheath slipped off of the metal bladed end and the staff began spinning in silent grace through the air. Soundlessly the man's head was parted from his shoulders. Laeloth prevented the head, or any blood, from hitting the ground with telekinesis, and yet still the blade did not stop spinning.

The force infused blade sliced through the man's body again and again, moving through flesh and bone with ease, and yet nothing fell, Laeloth still holding the body together in a macabre facade of life. All in all it took less than a minute, but afterwards she sent the little chunks of flesh and bone out of the window, casting it into icy mountain side, the remains of the body moving like a cloud of blood and gore.

"Now then children," Laeloth started again, after the blade had seemingly sheathed itself and returned to her lap. "Where were we?"

The Philosophy of Drah'vern Enclave - Known to Initiates and Outsiders

The Force is the Will of the Galaxy. As followers of the Will we will go where the Force is most potent and bear witness to the events, we will watch the fall of empires, the killing of kings, the death of freedom and the rise of tyrants. We will go and bear witness. And when you stand by the side of the force and watch as history is made, if it calls to you to change things or to make such a thing so? Then we shall do it. For we follow the Force and all it calls upon us to do. We shall shepherd those who do not understand into the future.

~~~
The Tenants of the Drah'vern Enclave - Taught only to the Initiates who stay on to become Disciples
The Force is the will of the Galaxy
We are the instruments of the Force
As the Force shapes us, we shape worlds
All bow to the might of the Force
Praise be to those who implement its will.
Massassi Battle Staff.
Shikkar.
Sith Dagger.
Powers: Telekinesis.
Athleticism (speed, reflexes, acrobatics, jump).
Force Sense.
Force Sight.
Force Empathy.
Force Stealth.
(Additional Power: Force Suppression).
Bio: Born into the Massassi caste of the Sith Order, Aûkrin Serash quickly grew into a capable warrior, one emphasizing lithe agility and craftiness more than the brutish strength of his immediate comrades. More often than not he was employed as a spy or assassin. This led him to become less satisfied with the warrior’s lifestyle and gradually begin to dabble in more sophisticated Sith lore, until he became a Sith Master, aspiring to gain hidden power that could be wielded in the shadows. Not desiring the status of Jen'ari, he would rather stay hidden and seemingly unthreatening, maintaining his power through cold manipulation, subterfuge and ambivalent shows of loyalty. As a result he usually puts on a show of silent submission, rarely if ever causing any sort of ruckus.
Name: Abbelus Srala
Age: 30
Affiliation: Religious Sect
Home world: Korriban
Physical Description: He is 6 feet, 6 inches tall. His skin is a deep crimson, nearly the same shade as fresh blood. His eyes are a piercing blue, and his body is covered in self-inflicted knife scars. He is very muscular as a result of years of physical training along side his mystical training. His face is usually coated in black ceremonial paint.
Equipment/Weapons/Armor: Priest robes, hooded armor plating over robes, Force Imbued Blade, Sith Lanvarok on left hand, Ceremonial War Hammer, Ceremonial knives
Powers: Telekinesis, Athleticism, Force Sense, Force Sight, Force Empathy, Force Stealth, Illusions
Bio: Abbelus' father was a member of a sect of Tulak Hord's priests solely dedicated to the mystic ways, taking an oath of eternal chastity. Then, he was seduced by one of the palace guards, their forbidden union bringing forth Abbelus. When the infant was discovered, his mother was executed, her name forever blotted out. The father was castrated for his sin, marked with shame for the rest of his life. The infant himself was taken by the Dark Lord, who saw great potential in him. For three decades Abbelus was trained by Tulak Hord, learning both the ways of combat and sorcery soon becoming a scribe and a high priest for the Dark Lord, as well as an informal executioner once he found he had an aptitude for utilizing blood in his rituals. Abbelus would frequently use the blood of the executed as well as his own, to perform his dark magicks and gaze beyond the veil of the mortal plane and peer into the future. Abbelus would also rise to become a war priest for Tulak Hord. He would often be seen accompanying the Dark Lord's armies in battles, casting his magicks to bolster them, himself being empowered by the blood spilled. Now, with Hord's demise, he finds his Empire cracked and divided. Now, the ritual of blood gives no comfort. For now the future is murky and clouded. Following the religous order formed by Dagon, Abbelus now seeks to unravel the answers behind it all. He looks to the will of the universe to forge the true path ahead, the path that will unite the Empire once more before it crumbles into dust.
Name: Lord Zolkhest Dagon
Race: Kissai Sith
Age: 75
Affiliation: The Contemplative House of Dagon
Homeworld: Ziost
Theme: Low of Solipsism
Physical Description: Standing at roughly 5’10” tall and weighing about 180 pounds, the small Zolkhest would typically not seem too intimidating when viewed from behind. However, his variety of odd mutations makes him more terrifying than most any other Sith pureblood. Instead of possessing two facial tentacles, a cluster of them grows on his face, hiding his mouth. His crimson skin and violet eyes make him appear as a demon would, and the calm demeanor he carries makes his appearance all the more disturbing. His frame is thin, and the bony structures that protrude from his skin are sharper than normal. His cartilaginous eyebrow structures are long and elegant, and his rare five-clawed hands and feet possess sharpened nails.
909vn9q5heg21.jpg
Equipment/Weapons/Armor: Zolkhest carries a mysterious sword, formed through Sith Alchemy, with black tentacle-like structures pulsating and moving along the blade. It is said that any who touch the blade are poisoned by it, and immense pain and clouding of vision overcomes them. Beneath his robes is a thin layer of alchemy-enchanted armor, and above his robes are several pieces in key locations (chest, groin, armpit, shoulder, forearms.) He wears grand clawed gauntlets, spiked and intimidating. He bears a mask which he wears at most times, bearing an elegant image reminiscent of his own face.
4870722A-D8FC-4E8D-88B1-B6A08E8B9C4B.JPG
Powers: Telekinesis, Athleticism (speed, reflexes, acrobatics, jump), Force Sense (basic precognition), Force Sight, Force Empathy, Force Stealth, Force Lightning
Bio: Zolkhest was born a mutated Sith Kissai on Korriban, yet he was raised on Ziost, despite the travel being costly to his tribe. His family, all Sith, believed in personified Force gods, and their occupation mostly consisted of inscribing Sith texts, so they knew the lore of the Force. Zolkhest, however, wanted more. The icy lands of Ziost tempered the hot-headedness that he had at one point, and he began to think more as a philosopher. At the age of 20, already having trained in the blade and with some rudimentary knowledge of the Force, he formed his own belief system surrounding it. The Force was omnipotent, he thought, all things belonged to the Force, and those who could tap into it were its chosen. He formed a cult following through his writings, the Codex of Dagon, and built his icy sanctum in the southern mountains of Ziost. The ice temple, dedicated to the Force and cared for by himself and other priests he selected, became his base of operations. He knew well of the Sith Order, and he eyed the position of Dark Lord of the Sith as part of the means by which he would spread his philosophy. Though a seemingly peaceful group, his cult is made up of religious zealots who strive to spread their doctrine by any means necessary, and their warlike religion prepares for aggression or defense at all times.
"It is the marking of any true Sith that he seek to give all, even his own life, to the Force. Power ought to be sought for the sake of glorifying the entire Force, not merely its darker aspects. And since all come from the Force, those who stand against it must be slaughtered like the vermin they are."
Name: Dyniana Da Res
Race: Human
Age: 35 Standard Years.
Affiliation: Religious Sect
Home world: Ziost
Physical Description: Spurned and full of bitterness, Dyniana is a goddess among men. Surrounded in ethereal beauty she stands at 1.75 meters, the locks of her hair change on a regular basis with use from a simple spell. Constantly looking for her next priestess in training, or the next man to seduce to her chambers to take breath from lungs, a seductive, entrancing tilt of her lips is plastered to her smooth features. The textiles of her robes are rich in color, elaborate to say the least. She holds herself with an air of regal entitlement, hips sway, mesmerizing as she walks. Bold in every sense of the word, Dyniana drips with desire like honey drips from the comb.
Equipment/Weapons/Armor: Force Imbued Blade (Collectors piece), Sith Tremor Sword, High Priestess garments covered with ornate sections of armor as needed (Breastplate etc.), a baton wrapped in leather that carries the force energy currant to the victim.
Powers: Telekinesis, Athleticism (speed, reflexes, acrobatics, jump), Force Sense (basic precognition), Force Sight, Force Empathy, Force Stealth, Force Illusions.
Bio: Not much is known about the woman, Dyniana Da Res. An orphan raised in the main confines of the Religious sect on Ziost, when she reached twenty-five standard years she was cast out, left to her own devices for survival. Dyniana keeps quiet about the reason why she was cast out. She a servant of the gods, was caught fornicating with a High Priest. When Dyniana tried to defend herself, she was shunned from the sect. The High Priest claimed that it was she whom came to him, when in truth he had forced her, not just once but many times before. Dyniana fled to the forests of Ziost and built up her own religious sect of forest priestesses, residing in a rebuilt sacellum. Pious by all means, yet hell bent on the blood of their enemies, men. Dyniana trained her priestesses in the art of seduction all while maintaining service to the Ancients, a religious harem of sorts. She used the knowledge and training she had received in her sect of origin to bring up a fierce, force sensitive, sect of Mind-Witches. These very Mind-Witches, eventually spreading through space and time to the last known Mind-Witch, S’ybll.
Her dark hair compliments her red-hued skin, a trait she received from her Kissai mother. Dark eyes peer into the souls of men. Reserved in nature, she is quite composed, a coy smile here and there, quipping of the brow is quite a common sight. She wears the garments of a priestess, simple plain, and scant, drawing upon the desires to bring those to their knees before the gods.
Bio: Keres was born the daughter of the young Baka Sadow in his seventeeth standard year. Her mother, a Kissai female, in whom Sadow later spurned like a thin wasted whore. Once born, Keres’ mother threw her body to sands in a crazed attempt to protect her daughter from Sadow’s wrath that burned like the twin suns of Tattooine. Sadow ripped the babe in swaddle from the woman and swiftly slid blade upon lover’s throat leaving her in a pool of her own blood. A gift to the gods he had proclaimed. Leaving Keres in the charge of a slave woman with direct orders to dispose of the babe, Keres was left days old at the edge of the forest just before the Religious Sect on Ziost. Sadow cared less if the infant died within the snows of Ziost. Keres knew nothing of her birth mother and was raised apart from her father whom relocated from Ziost back to Korriban after her birth. It was here Keres was given her name through ceremonial right by the High Priestess Dyniana Da Res and was raised in the ancient ways set upon the path of priestess. Keres thrived within the sect and in her spare time honed her skills as a sorceress in her own right, specializing in illusions. With much time and dedicated she rose to her current status.
CS for Rugon/K'al ~ Approved by Darth Cruor
Name: Rugon
Race: Hybrid (Human & Houk)
Age: 35
Affiliation: Religious
Homeworld: Ziost.
Physical Description: A massive hulking brute of a man, standing roughly 8'6”. Combines the charismatic, charming, good looks of humans with the size and strength of a Houk. Bald, extremely well-defined physique with no blemishes, golden tan.
Equipment/Weapons/Armor: 2 Shikkar, 1 Sith Sword (Broad blade), Terentatek/Robe armor for battle, flowing, silk robes otherwise.
Powers:
Telekinesis
Athleticism (speed, reflexes, acrobatics, jump)
Force Sense (basic precognition)
Force Sight
Force Empathy
Force Stealth.
** Additional power: Drain Knowledge
Bio: Rugon believes himself to be a god-made-manifest. Is perfection in it's truest form and will gladly tell anyone about it. Devilishly smart and ruthlessly cunning he will stop at nothing to achieve his goal of having the entire galaxy worship him, (He believes that once he achieves this goal he will ascend to “Godhood”). He is always followed closely by his most trusted servant K'al. She never speaks and always attends to her Masters (Rugon)'s wishes, regardless of the task or outcome. Rugon refers to her as his “Cleric” of his faith that he calls “The Path”. Any harm committed against her, without prior approval of Rugon, is immediately met with violent, unrelenting fury. He is benevolent and kind (for the most part) as long as people kneel and praise him. Seeing allies merely as resources to be exploited, he has few friends in the world. The symbol of his faith is a 12-pointed star with 2 crossed swords in the center.
Being highly intelligent (just ask him), he is more than willing to debate someone on the merits of a Theocratic society and all the benefits that come forthwith. Being a manifested God stuck in a mortals body allowed him plenty of time to study the workings of aristocratic nature as well as the societal structure of many species. Several ancient cultures intrigue him greatly and as such are cause for constant topics of discussion.
