Welcome, guardians of the Light Side,
to the Academy of the New Jedi Order...
This Order is dedicated to all in the Star Wars galaxy who feel the call of the light, who stand opposed to evil, cruelty, and tyranny. Within this group you will be uplifted and given bountiful opportunities to learn the ways and techniques of the Light Side, as well as intelligent and respectful discussion about the Jedi and their lore.
If one wishes to become a member of this Order, you must promise your allegiance wholly to the Light Side.
Members of the New Jedi Order are disciplined and fair individuals. They uphold the virtues of Jedihood, and help their fellow Jedi follow the path of light. They value duty, honor, loyalty, kindness, truthfulness, compassion, and selflessness. Selfishness, deceit, and traits belonging more to the Sith than the Jedi are strongly frowned upon, and we will reprimand those who violate the basic tenets of what it means to be Jedi.

To declare your dedication to the New Jedi Order, comment the following below:
~ "I open myself to the knowledge of the Light." ~
And with those words, you are hereby anointed as an Initiate of the New Jedi Order, and your journey towards the Light has begun…
The New Jedi Order is overseen and led by the Jedi Council, which is helmed by a Jedi Grand Master. At this time the seat of Grand Master has not been appointed; but the will of the Jedi Council is the will of the Order, and all Jedi Knights and Masters must uphold and champion their leadership. As an Initiate, you are the freshest of the Order, and must pay special attention and respect to the guidance of your superiors.
The Jedi Academy is designed to get prospective Initiates set up with everything they need to become successful roleplayers in our fanon setting. Pay close and careful attention to each of the five Tasks in the Academy, and complete them in their entirety. Your performance in the Tasks may determine the quality of master that chooses you, and how quickly you are chosen as well.
